IAC cleaning

My car starts hard when cold, and I've cleaned the throttle body, changed the coolant temp sensor and cleaned the crank pos sensors. Now the last thing I can think of is to clean the IAC valve, but what the heck is it? Where is it located? I found the FAQ on cleaning it but it doesn't say where it is located.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
