IACV Still tick* tick* tick*

Hey what up my IACV , (idle air control valve) is still ticking. i can hear it tick with the key turned forward and the car off. It just keeps tickin and ticking.
I would say replace it but, Ive tested it with my OHMS meter 5 times and it tests fine everytime.

I do get a EGR Hi/Low ECU error but that has nothing to do with my IACV.

anyideas guys?

I bet $20 your ECU diagnostic screw is not in the right place. It is probably turned the wrong way.
