Need some info, my Max might be totalled.

I took my max to the shop and the bill came up to $3200 to get it all repaired. The lady at the collision shop said that state farm will only pay up to 60% of a cars value to get repaired, otherwise they just total it out. My car is a 1995 Max SE with 133,000 miles. The lady went to nada.com to find out what my cars value would be around and it could range from $2700 to $5000. Its probably around $4000 in my opinion. I have statefarm insurance, does anyone know how much I might get or how the totalling out process works? thanks

Im not good with insurance company's but they would most likely want to total it. The max's depreciate in value to fast in my opinion. If you want the car that bad tho, don't do an insurance claim or see if you can pay what they won't cover? I dunno im talkin outta my @ss here.
Good luck though
