hmmm...sorry to hear that.
you can bolt them on if you want but that might create frustration in the person that's stealing them so he might do something to your car that costs a lot more than the DC's. . . i've heard of other people getting their car keyed because they had their's bolted on. . . So your DC's will stay on if you bolt them on, but they might abuse your car in a way that's gonna cost you a lot more $$$. . .

They'll take that too

blkhawk500: I never herd of anyone doing that I guess there is not much you can do. You can buy an alarm shock sensor and mount it on the clear corner

i put calk in that little white clip so they're tougher to take out. they're not bolted in but they're not going anywhere. when i had to take them out to change bulbs, it was difficult but i was still able to do it. i then had to pull the clip thing off with plyers and break the calk out but it sure does its job.

man...would you rather lose $30 corners or have someone cause $100-$1000 worth of damage to your car? It sucks but you've gotta just accept that some people will steal other peoples ish!

Replace the screws with ones with a star shaped head. I forget what they are called. grr... but people dont usually carry around alley keys as such so it will act as an added level of protection.

well........

I know it sucks, but, you cant do anything about it really.

Just go steal them back off of some other max (LOL Just kidding...then there would be another ****ed off Max owner)

Bolt them on there if you are really worried, or glue some tacks/razors to back of them, that way when the `tards try to steal them again, you atleast get to keep a part of their fingers.

someone tried to do that to my friends integ... he had them silicon sealed and bolted, a lot of screw driver marks by the clear corners. next night someone broke into his car... we believe it was the same guy. It happens, easiest thing to do is garage it when possible, or stake out if it becomes a big issue... but dont go nuts. guy around here waited for someone who had been doing graffiti on one of his trucks, shot him... just use common sense

Yeah, dont shoot him, unless its with a paintball gun, or a BB gun, but then you better garage that thing for the rest of its life cause it will get bashed.

Actually, just take some nice zoomed up photos of the guy next time, and try and tag the perp's car tags....easiest thing to do.

yeah, bolt up a gun right in back of the corners so when they pull them out it its tied to a string so when he pulls on it the trigger gets pulled...

That aint no Airsoft. Thats a $15,000 gun. Legally transferable through the NFA. It even has a $650 silencer screwed on it too. Get your facts right. I bet you my pink slip from my 96 and 99 Max that this is real. You bet me yours? Put your money where your mouth is.

I've got another one if you'd like to double the bet.

Since when did Airsoft do that?

Here's some more Airsoft for your viewing entertainment. There's an Hk21, Hk23, Hk51 X 2, Hk53, MP5 X2, MP5SD, and HK33.

Take the cable that goes to your factoru alarm hood switch and tap in just before the hood switch. If you ground the line you tapped, then the alarm should trigger? (am I right, guys?)

Now, take the line you tapped and run it to the back of one clear corner light, then you need to figure out a way to hook it up so that when the light is removed it grounds the wire - like get a door switch from some other vehicle and install it so that the clear corner holds the switch down (open) and removing the clear corner releases the switch (grounds the wire), thus triggering the alarm before they have a chance to rip you off.
