My buddy's max has 205/60 in the fronts (different brands on each side) and he has 215/60 in the rear (again, different brands)..his alignment is off..I told him that an alignment shop won't cure his alignment problem because of different size and brands in each corner..Is this correct..?Or am I wrong by providing him this info?

 

The fact that his tires are all different may be the cause of the pull. You should have the same tire/brand on each axel.
