Can 2.5" cat bolt to 2.25" bpip?

I have the WSP ypipe and carsound cat, both being 2.5". I want to buy the OBX type h cat-back but i think its 2.25". Will the cat-back bolt on correctly to the 2.5" cat or will it be too small?

I'm not certain on this, but I think you might get exhaust leaks going to a smaller diameter on your piping.

You will be fine. That's what I'm running right now. As long as you have decent gaskets there will be no leaks, as the flanges will seal just fine. Theoretically you might lose a little hp because of the smaller diameter piping but were talking on the order of like 1hp...

What type of cat-back do you have?

if your gaskets seal the size difference, there will be no problems. the change would cause a change in the flow of the exhaust, and mildly effect power curve, but nothing you could feel
