Front end noise problem 1995

I'm having a problem with my front end making a loud clicking when i turn sharp in either direction. It is coming front drivers side. I was wondering what it could be and could you guys give me some things to help diagnose it.
Thanks
Don

Front strut bearings or maybe the axles (axles make more of a clunking sound)

This is more of a clicking sound. I think it may be the bearings. Tough to change?

How many miles on your suspension?

Not too hard, but you'll need an alignment afterwards. Take out front suspension, compress the spring and take out strut bolt, remove the mount and stuff, replace bearing, put everything back and you're done http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/703

Alignment is like $60
Bearings ~$25-$30 x 2 = ~$50-$60
Total (if you do it) = ~$110-$120

Your CV joint has failed. Look in back of the wheel that makes the noise. You'll find that the rubber boot broke open and the CV joint grease has all come out. It will be all over the inside of your wheel and the hub.
