load hissing when car starts...

when i started my car today there was a load hissing noise in the engine..is it due to the cold weather cuz it is pretty annoying..has anyone had a problem like this???

Belts need tightening? Squeal or hiss(air escaping from somewhere?) Exhaust leak?
