man im sick and tired of seeing dents and scratches all over my car. when i bought the car 2 months ago, the body was in EXCELLENT condition and ever since then my ****ING STUPID *** old *** neighbor has put at least 10 dents and scratches on my ****ing car. i always try to park as far away from her as possible, i can easily say that there is a good 1.5 feet gap between our cars and i still dont understand why this ***** opens her door all the way. today i come and see this big dent on my drivers door and her ****ing white paint has scratched it and left marks on the dent too. i've told her stupid *** before that this car cost me alot of money and i paid extra because it was extra clean and u need to watch how u open ur dooor cuz i dont want u to ruin the body for me but this ***** *** ***** doesnt seem to get it. she treats her pos old *** white carmy like garbage, her car has never been to a carwash, its full of dust, u cant even see through the windows. she has absolutly no respect for her car, whenever she trys to park, she smashes her car to the wall and leaves it there and goes, i mean her front bumper is totaled sanded and looks black. this ***** thinks everyone else is the same and no1 gives a **** about their car. im so ****ing ****ed and im about to go and ask her to fix it for me or pay me 200 bux to fix all these scratches and dents. that being said, does anyone know a good way of preventing this ***** from ****ing putting dents on my car? would a car cover absorb the impact? whats the best solution (besides changin parking spaces). im really ****ed, any help is greatly apreciated.

THIS IS MY PARKING SPACE AND SHE PARKS IN THE EMPTY SPOT TO THE RIGHT. notice the white pole over there? she hits the white poll EVERYTIME she parks and just leaves it there and goes home. i mean, everytime she parks, her front bumper and that white pole are attached to each other. her front bumper is all sanded cuz of that and its about to fall down. not to mention the big *** cracks on the bumper. u get the idea of how crazy this ***** is.

Try to park farther over to the other side, and just let the person know that parks to that side that that bish keeps slamming her door into your car. I mean, that person can still get into the car, since the driver's door is on the other side.

 

You're not gonna get anywhere with this mother ****in *****,,send her a box of cookie, and do it to her anonymously...and find somewhere else to park.

 

i hate people who cant park and worst people who are so sloppy/out of shape/dumb they cant get out of car and hold door at same time that they swing that sh*t all the way and fight their way out. Be descent to others. Hold your doors, crack them open a little give yourself enough room or ATLEAST put rubber things around edges of your door so u dont f*ck up anyone else's car. sheesh.

Only option left doggy is to come in after her.

 

the other car to the left has a passenger. her passenger is a girl who is about 13-14 years old. if i park really close to there, then she cant get in. but this 13-14 year old is 10000000000 times better than the old *****. i've never seen her put a scratch or anything on it, always carefull on how she opens the door. i just dont understand why the old ***** needs to open her door all the way and hit my car. she aint fat. she can easily get in without her door coming into my parking space!

this ***** rarely gets out of her house and when she does, a scratch is put on. i cant come in after her or before her man, she can put a scratch on her wya out.

All you can really do is park further away. Im sure theres parking spots for guest to park in at you apts. that are empty. It means further for you to walk,..but worth it in the long run. Same goes for shopping malls or stores. I always try and park far and away from the congested parking spots.

 

and think how much it'll be worth it in the end not to worry about more dents.

worst case, ask your apt manager to assign you a new spot

She could be held liable for the dent(s)...as if getting into an accident is 'on purpose'.

Get it on video...then treat the occurance like you would any accident. Get her insurance info...if she refuses then show the tape to the apt mgrs (or) cops and she will be forced to get her insurance involved.

If she has no insurance then you're probably screwed unless you want to take her to small claims court.

Don't just play dead on the situation.

How about you be a man and try to resolve this by talking to her rather than b!tching about it to us and taking rather drastic measures by trapping her by video taping her and taking it to the police and getting insurance involved?

Say that you realize that accidents do happen and that you understand she means no harm. However, you would appreciate it if she were just a little more careful when opening her door.

Don't mention how much you spent on the car. Don't mention how you have wet dreams about waxing your car. Don't mention what you think about her car. Don't threaten to take it to the proper authorities and the insurance company.

Most importantly, don't act like a 19 year old snot nosed punk ranting like you did in your first post.

OMG...I totally feel for u man. U have every right in the world to be upset because of that stupid woman. Hell, if it was me writing this I would probably have 10x that many swear words...lol

Anyway, what you should do (only a suggestion) is cover the end of each door with some very strong, protective coating or what not. Then, every time you see the lady park next to you, go outside and open your door really hard and fast like she does, pretending that you did it by accident and SMASHING her car in the process.

...Be like... "oops...sorry"... and then again BOOOOM!!!! ..."oh ****, I'm sorry..." ... and than a little later BOOOOOOOOOM! DANG!!!!! ... "oops, didn't know your car was here..." etc etc.
