ahhhh help me
ok well as you can tell im not sane at the moment. alright lets see where do i begin? my car wont start!!! most of the time it will just turn over and over with out catching, once in awhile it will catch, idle for about 1-2secs and then slowly lose revs till it quites. even other times it wont even turn over, no clicking so its not the starter...<SHRUG> im lost, ive changed the sparkplugs(old ones were wet with gas,no spark?), new battery, checked the physical condition of the MAF, put on an intake, tightend the throttle cables, nuthin' werks!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!
Since your car doesn't start, take off your battery, starter, and alternator, and take it to AutoZone to have it checked for free. If any of them are bad, buy a new one and replace it. Post back if the problem continues
If the plugs are wet then maybe (not 100% sure) the coil packs are bad or the fuel injectors are bad
It could be that the "oil is leaking past worn valve guides or piston rings and into the combustion camber" according to the Haynes manual.
Buy yourself a manual (like Haynes) while you're at it

here is a list of things im fairly sure it isnt:
fuel pressure, fuel filter, fuel pump(because when i pulled the plugs all six reeked of gas)
starter (as the car is turning over as per normal just isnt catching)
and finally here is a list of things that I thing it might be but am in need of verification with someone with more experience:
Idle air control valve (dirty or broken)
Mass airflow sensor (did a physical check and it seems fine but you never know)
coolant temp sensor (not sure but heard somewhere that it might cause similar probs)
crank sensor (same as temp sensor im not sure but ive heard similar)
ignition coils (no spark but seems fairly even across all cylinders and whats the chances of all six going bad at the same time)
ECU (could easily cause all the problems above but oh god i hope its not that)
got in this morning and it was a little warmer then yesterday(no frost on the car) car starts just fine and then idles for about 10-15 secs and then dies, if i touch the gas at all it immediatly dies im thinking that its the Mass airflow sensor ive found a used one with like 50kmiles for 65bucks im going for it and ill tell ya if anything changes. and PLEASe anymore input would be awesome thanks
ps im also going to clean the idle air control valve and throttle body as well as the crank sensor just in case!

Even if the MAF sensor died, your car would still run.
The coil packs are kind of defective since they couldn't find a fix for them for a few years. I think the new ones they sell now are not defective and they last longer.
If that doesn't work, replace the coolant temp sensor. A new one at an auto store is about $25

Take some advice.I tried to save money by diagnosing a problem with my nissan 4X4.I spent around $500 trying different things and parts, nothing worked.I finally took it to the dealer and they diagnosed the problem in no time. They fixed it for $175.I now have $500 worth of useless parts sitting my basement for the last 10 years.I would have been better off taking it to a professional to begin with.I believe in doing it myself to save money but in a case like yours I wouldn't spend my money buying parts hoping it is the problem.Go to a professional and save the money and agravation.
