Problems with Cattman
Talked to Lori first and ordered the Chrome/Wood auto shift **** and E-brake cover. Got an e-mail 2 days later with my address wrong so i had to call them back to straighten that out. Then i received the box of stuff, all excited, opened it up and all that was in there was the e-brake cover.
I call them back today and Jose from customer service tells me that they shouldn't have let me order it because they've told them that they are discontinued and that I should not have received an invoice. On top of that, the E-brake cover has a scratch on the top of it. They charged me 12 bucks to ship the cover, which seems a little nuts considering the fact that the cover weighs about 2 ounces.
Now I want to return it and they are trying to tell me that I have to pay the 12 bucks, and the shipping costs to return it. ALSO, Lori, the woman i ordered it from is on vacation and won't be back until monday. FIGURES. Anyone else ever have a problem with Cattman?
