Seriously, that held up DAMN well for a tree falling on it......trees crush houses, and only left minor dents in your car? That tree must have been a *****

TOTALED

No, just kidding. Thats what the last guy who gave me an estimate came out and said. After looking at my car, writing down info, and typing it in on the computer, he came back and said "Son, your car is totaled. Trashed. Nothing we can do.. Well only kidding. Instead, we'll just bend you over and rape you on labor!" But I bet it'll be pretty expensive to fix.

I had a tree fall on my car a couple years ago. Your's faired much better than mine. The tree that hit my car came down across the back glass area. It pushed the entire rear of the roof down to about level with the rear deck where the speakers sit. It crushed the trunk.............and the $1400 sub system I just had built inside. Insurance covered everything and then some. Hope you have the same luck with them.

On a side note, I had an MTX amp in the trunk and it sat in 2" of rainwater for two days before the adjuster came out to look at it. We let it dry out and my brother is still using that amp to this day.

if a tree falls on a maxima, would anybody hear it?

sorry to see that man, you're handling it pretty well. some members would come on here really ****ed off. do i smell free paint job?? now you have the chance to get any small dings or scratches out if you blame it on the tree.

yea, re-done roofs usually have problems. also i think almost any substantial damage to the roof (dents, pings, big gashes) make it an instant salvage

Winds were really bad. Ypsilanti hit 72mph winds sometime through the night.

I had light hail on my drive home and the winds were so strong, the car was swaying to the wind. Then, it rained and I couldn't even see the lines on the road. Weather sucked!

That stinks about your car!
Some people were doing some work in my yard, and they dropped part of a tree on my friends 97 max.
Started on the roof and rolled down the hood, left scratches all over the place.
They offered to pay to get it fixed so we took the car and got it detailed. Looks great now!

That sucks .. There was a tree that fell on a car near my house and totally crushed the rear.

I was walking down my block and the wind was so strong was I acutally felt it lift me off the ground just barely and I'm 6 foot 190 pounds .. fun stuff
