hawk brake pads? rotors?

i just installed some hawk brake pads...gotta say they stop good on my stock rotors. i wanted to know if anyone out there ever had any problems with the hawk pads and besides that what is a good rotor combination.

i hear that some rotors crack in the winter, im not sure, i think it was the cross drilled. just help me wit sum guidance

also since hawk doesn't make the back brakes does anyone have a suggestion???
i was just gonna get sum ray bestos but i might just go for some performance brakes

you can get some Axxis Metal Master pads for $52+free shipping or Rotex Gold pads for $30+shipping from www.buybrakes.com, rear brakes don't do too much so i wouldn't spend a fortune on pads for them

I am using the Hawk HPS pads with a set of Powerslot rotors in the front. I am very happy with this combination. These pads dust way more than stock, and the rotors make a little bit of a humming noise, but I can deal with these issues to get better braking performance. For the rears I have the OEM pads.

I replaced the OEM rotors and aftermarket pads with Hawk HPS and Brembo blanks. Much better stopping power than OEM, but more dusting too. No rotor humming. I still get some light squealing when braking at low to moderate speeds, but I think its due to pad vibration, not pad material. I also changed my brake fluid after the pad and rotor replacement so the pedal is a lot more firm.
