Need help looking for good DIY transmission flush

I'm actually very surprise not to find this in the "How to" section above. There's only a trans drain/refill for a stick in the "How to". I would greatly appreciate it if someone can provide me with some links on how I can do this myself. I'm also planning to replace the gasket as well since I notice a slight bleeding. Thanks.

lil help guys? I really want to do a manual flush on my tranny (the one where you have to pull out a hose going into your radiator?). I have seen it before but can't search anymore.

Thanks.
