Y-Pipe Question

I know this is probably answered already, but the search on the org isn't working. If i were to order a y-pipe from Budget, is there a certain kind? I remember an earlier thread about cali-spec vs. fed spec. Something about checking the VIN #. Thx guys

Budget does offer a y-pipe for us people in Cali.

Yeah that's the same thing. To them it looks like a F, to us it looks like a Y.
To get them installed, you should do it yourself . It's not to hard to do it and you won't have to pay about $200 to get it installed by somebody else.

I thought only 99 had Cali-spec and he has a 97..what gives?
