are all maximas pre wired for power seats???

are all maximas pre wired for power seats???
i went out to buy some leather seats for the max and when i was putting them in i noticed there is 2 plugs under the seat and on my car i only found the smaller plug.Has anyone else put power leather seats in and not have this plug??I checked under the carpet and found nothing?
