Need to replacing rear brake caliper, any how-to's?

Just wondering if anyone knew about a nice how-to site for replacing a rear brake caliper. I know about the twisting piston thing, but thats all I know. So if anyone knows anything else, I would be really appreciate it, thanks.

Also, do i need to bleed the brakes after doing this? thanks
