Failed the emissions test - Please Help

I drive a 1995 Nissan Maxima GLE. It is bone stock, no mod whatsoever. The car drives so good! full power available at just a punch on the accelerator, however it failed the emissions miserably. The check engine light has been on for a while, but the light didnt matter at the test as it was a 95. On a diagnostic found out that an 02 sensor and crank something was either bad or something was wrong. Last month an injector was bad which I had to replace. 3 months ago a coil was bad which I replaced. Now the point is that I recently found out that my car has a rebuilt title and has no value whatsoever. The workshop wants $700.00 to make it emission ready. Is there a short cut way to solve the problem. Please help.

buy a new O2 and crank sensor and replace them your self. $700 bucks is a rip off.
