What kinda of clear corners did I see today?

Well today I want to one of my local sportsbars to play some pool. As I pulled up to the parking lot, I noticed a white maxima with altezza's. I thought to myself, "who could this be?"(I pratically know everyone who has a modded max in town) Well lucky for me, there was a empty spot right next to it. So I park and I get out of the car. I notice that this car is a newer (97 SE) its altezza look totally different from mine.(the silver trim on my car is small and narrow, his trim was thicker and, with what seemed like screw/bolts spaced out between the trim). A nice car, with stock rims, very well kept. As I walk to the front of the car, I notice he has clear corners. But totally different from mine, I got mine off ebay for $15 and they look nice, but his looked soo dam different and sweet, the turning light was a like a see through mirror effect. It almost looked like it didn't have the lense. I wondered where did he get them from? Are the ones I'm describing from Custommaxima.com?? If so can someone show a comparison photo with the ebay vs. custommax? Or are these just for 97's and up, I have a 95 max. Well thanks.......

there are two types of bumper lights regular "frosted" clears and the "new style" Diamond cut clears he must had have these..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2448601695

and you have a 95 Max the 97-99 have "clearer" headlights and corners stock than the 95/96's

he probably had the LED type altezzas that only fit 97 and up cars... i'm not sure how much the regular altezzas differ between 95-96 and 97-99 cars, but they are different.
as for the clear corners, the only thing i can think of is that he had blacked out ones...

i've read people say they suck, but can they be that bad? i imagine that you could seal them yourself just to make sure and they'd be fine. but then again, i haven't seen them in person. they definately look hot though!

pricey, but look awesome! i just don't understand, what do you mean when you say the quality is bad? do they fog up? i just don't see how hard it would be to fix something like that by really sealing them. or is it more of a fitment issue? looks really good in your pic, better than the ones i bought from custommaxima. mine aren't bad, they just don't look like they sit as flush as yours. care to explain a lil more?

Sorry I won't be able to get out to the track tonight. Unlike some people here in town I have a full time job. So leaving around 5 pm to get to the track that'll be packed....sorry no can do. PLus are you sure the track is even open they just had the banquet. But oh well I can catch up on some much needed sleep. Or I might just cruise the lil bit that is cruise-able in Brownsville. If the track isn't open IM me on AIM and we'll see whatsup
