Windshield Washer Hose

Anyone ever had a problem with the rubber hose that runs down to under the hood for the windshield washer ? I just found a rip in mines right after it enters the engine bay. I can't find where it leds to from where it goes down? is it easy to replace ? If anyone ever replace this hose before, please enlighten me on how to do it, also if anyone have the part number for this it would be great. thanks

Just go to autozone or local car modding shop and get a bunch of silicone hose in whatever color you want in the correct size and go to town. I have never done this(will be shortly) but it should be a peace of cake.

But can anyone help me locate where the hose runs down to under the hood. I cant find a point where I can disconnect the hose without cutting it off.
