Delurk, first post - THANKS YA'LL!

Had to say thanks to all for the great information on this site. I used it extensively when researching before I bought my 1995 GLE and have come back many times since to take care of some things that have cropped up. I've changed out my hood support struts, alternator, bought and programmed a new keyless entry fob, purchased the exact right touch-up paint and fixed a couple of minor things that I didn't notice at first. Now I wanna sex her up and kick some butt. My 15 year old son is impressed that his momma isn't afraid to get a little grease under her manicured nails and he's loving that he's getting to learn how to drive in such a cool car. (I also think that he is under the impression that my girl might be his one day - bet I can get a lot of chore mileage out of him using that!)

Anyway, she's my arctic pearl stock beauty with 107,000 miles but hardly looks a mile over 50K. I'm hoping that Santa leaves some goodies under the tree for her. You can bet that I'll be here regularly as I work on her makeover. Should you be in the Dallas area, we're the girls with the plate that says NEENER. Merry Christmas ya'll!

Congrats on the car. Hopefully Santa has some room for a y-pipe and intake in his goodie bag. Good luck and clean up the car and post some pics.

Way to go
