I've got them both on my car and I am very happy with it. Makes the car feel much more solid, more like a single piece of steel instead of a front and a rear. I had Warpspeed install mine when they first came out.

I felt it made almost as much difference as the RSB, just not in the same way. Like the RSB helps with body roll, the SFC's give the car a firmer, more rigid spine. (If that makes any sense.)

The stage two bolts on to the stage one, so you need the stage 1 first. From what I have heard the stage one makes the biggest difference. I have one and two but have never tried it with one only.

Do you get less rattles, etc. due to the drop in chassis flex? This is the next main mod I would like to get..

Yes, 1 must be done alone with 2. I had both done at the same time but Dave B did them at different times and said he still felt a difference with the Stage 2. Stage 1 basically helps with straight front to back flex and Stage 2 helps with diagonal flex.

There are less small rattles. This was great for me cause little rattles drive me absolutely insane!!!
