Wheel Offset??

I'm about to ordr some rims and I have to choose between 5x100 offset or 5x114.3. Since these are my first set of rims i dont know whch offset to go with. Which one will be best for a 95 GXE?

That's the lug pattern... we use 5X114.3
Stick with an offset of 40mm (35-45 is acceptable)
