how effective is the traction control option in 4th gen
i was thinking about buying another max. I've never heard anything on this forum regarding the traction control option. how effective is it?
Maxima's don't have traction control. If you want it, you'll have to get a tranny from an Infiniti and get vLSD axles. vLSD (traction control) comes standard on the Infiniti's.
You should buy a Maxima that has a dying/dead tranny and replace it with an Inifiniti one

I thought 99's came with it as an option?

Get a 5-speed, that way you wont need to know how effective the TC is.
