Insatlled new HID KIt
Well today i installed a streetglow HID kit that only cost me $200 and damn that thing is hella bright. I love this kit. I only wish i would have bought one a long time ago. Its so bright that a couple of people be flashing me like i have my high beams on. Well i just wanted to tel everyone about my new upgrade. Does any1 else have a streetglow hid and how do you like it?
Ditto to the previous post, please don't be annoying like those Audi's and S2000's that burn holes in your retinas with their LOW beams when they're comin' at you...you don't want to test out your airbags cuz some old fart couldn't see where he was going...
I got them on ebay, thats why there so cheap. They are kinda of a purpolish color. I know i need to reaim them and ill do that first thing tomarrow after the new year. Ill also provide pic as soon as i get them. BUt so far i must say i love these things
I was thinking about bidding on those since they were so cheap but i didnt bother since its not made for our housings. Its just gonna throw light all over the place and blind oncoming traffic and possibly cause and accident. I would like hids but Ill just put more money into a new housing so it doesnt cause problems for other drivers.

Its really not a good idea to have HID in a standard 9004 bulb thingie becuase the light pattern is alll f'd up. Again, you really need to adjust them down lower and whatnot. HID is only good if the kit provides a good light pattern or you have projector headlights.
my boy has streetglows in his 2002 spectra. i can basically recognize every car (make and model) in my rearview just by the lights. when he pulled up on me i was thinking it was a civic with a jdm housing and hid or something because i didnt know what type of car was behind me, until he got next to me. the kit was pretty easy to install because he installed it without asking me for help, and he is like a girl when it comes to fixing things
