JWT ECU boosted but car is not

I know that if an modified ECU was introduced into a nitrous car there would be consequences. BLOWN car. I don't have nitrous but plan to get it later. But I am interested in a JWT ECU now. And was planning on getting it modified with the nitrous program. So I don't have to pay and ship the ECU off again when I get nitrous set up later. Do you think that running a modified ECU with a nitrous program without the nitrous setup will hurt the car?

The ECU will be programmed for nitrous right? Well then you should be fine, your car might be slower though because of the timing retard. Call JWT and maybe they have like an on/off switch for the nitrous program.

JWT's nitrous program runs two daughter boards. One for off and one for on the bottle.
