I got mine at www.superbrightleds.com but I've also heard good things about the guy on ebay with the name cwithk. Either one will have what you need

I bought 50 white 5mm leds with resistors off cwithk on ebay for about $10. He has a bunch of colors in 5mm and 3mm.

cwithk has all the resistors to work with 12v? That'll make things easier..I'll be buying from him from now on.
