Just got back from the dyno, now I know where my power loss is coming from.
I dynoed today and the results are as expected for my automatic, 181hp and 182TQ SAE corrected at the wheels. I am not at home right now but I will scan it then. As some of you know when I got the JWT ECU my times improved from a 14.4 to a 14.2 but my mph went down when I expected it to go up. Well it turns out that the reason is the VI, which opens up fine at the set RPM but then for some reason closes again at like 6500-6600 rpm. I am guessing that it is a vacuum leak because I have a LED on my rpm switch and it never goes out. 5200rpm seems to be the best for my VI, as 5000rpm leaves a small dip in the graph. I will plot it in excel and scan it in as soon as possible. I know that some were interested in seeing my chart since I have the 70mm TB, only problem is that I didn't get a clean run to 7000rpm due to the VI closing.
Here are my power mods.
Variable intake
Pathfinder 70mm TB
Hybrid JWT Intake
Cattman SS Y-pipe
test pipe
B-pipe (non-mandrel 2.5)
Hooker Muffler, bullet resonator
JWT ECU
UR Underdrive pulley

Good to hear you found the problem, thanks for updating us. That makes complete sense, I just knew it had somthing to do with your VI operating properly.
What kind of vaccuum canister do you use? Your using the harlan switch right?

yeah, I am using the Harlan and the napa vacuum canister that several others have. I worked on it a little tonight, when I manually ground it out and make the VI open, it never loses vacuum and closes . This makes me think it might be the Harlan switch. I will have to try it a little more and see what I can find.
