my CEL = P0325 & P0133.. i have a few questions.. help

my CEL = P0325 & P0133.. i have a few questions.. help
i went to Autozone to have my CEL checked and it read 2 errors:
1) P0325 - knock sensor
2) P0133 - 02 sensor #1 (front)
Do i really have to replace the knock sensor?? i really don't have that much $$ now.
The guy at autozone checked to see if they carried the 02 sensor and it's unavailable. Where can I get one? (perhaps cheap) (my '99 max has 80,500 miles on it)
ANd will i fail the NJ emission if i don't replace the 02 sensor?

Replace that and then check your CEL, the O2 Sensor often sets off the knock sensor code.
