How to remove the black "hose" behind auto climate?

I want to take out my auto climate and bring it in the house so i can fix my color change mod on the display. The last time I did it, it was warm out but now it's too cold to sit in the car. Anyone know how to remove it? I'm afraid that I'm going to break it. Any Ideas?

What worked for me and I will prob. get slammed by this site. Start your car up and let it run... and run... and run. Get the inside of your car really warm and then remove it.

I have climate control as well on my maxima and was installing my Eclipse deck in it a few weeks ago in the NY cold. I as well was worried about the plastic breaking so I figured warming up the car would soften the plastic in the dash.

That is my thought.
