Clean inside of healights?

Is there a way to clean the inside housing of the headlights? One of my headlights has developed this foggy film inside and i want to get in there to clean it but i cant seem to find a way in. hmm.

Same problem. Exploded light. I ended up pouring water and glass cleaner through the socket hole after pulling the whole thing out. I stuck my wet dry vac hose on the same hole and left it awhile. Not very good. You might look for same faqs on removing the lens for paint modding.

That should have the way to take out the headlight and pull it apart...look for AE headlight mod.

i see 2 metal tabs that are on the top of the headlights. if i take these off will i be able to take off the front? i got broken plastic or glass inside there and also my front left light seems to be a lot dirtier inside than my right.

I was afraid the acid would eat the already messed up reflective coating.

This may be a bit drastic but it's the only way to get the lens off. Hell if your going to do it, might as well paint'em while they are off.
