I just had one installed into my upper windshield. Not to visible and is an improvement since I am having my old antennae shaved. Reception is not so good in some parts, but works quite well in the city. You can order them from just about any stereo shop around where you live. They can either order it or they might even have it in the store.

How much did it set you back? The stock one is so ugly, it gets unbelievably tall. I'd like one on the back of my roof like the IS300s, VWs, etc.

My power antenna broke a while ago too. It's pushed all the way down and wont come up anymore. I get crap for radio reception. I also heard that it'll break frequently even after repair.
