97-99 Front Conversion Questions

I've been doing some thinking and I'm pretty sure that I'd like to do it. I've been reading and searching and whatnot.

Coupla questions:
1) Is there anything else needed besides the Headlights, Corner Lights, Grill, Bumper, & Foglights?

2) Buying the parts new would be like $450 (Excluding paint on the bumper). Is that a good price?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Andrew

All you really need is the bumper and grill to have everything fit. The fogs only if you want them. You dont have to swap the lights unless you really want them for the clearer glass look.
