Burning rubber smell ? Brake sticking ?

Whenever I 've driven for a longer distance like 100 miles, when I get out I can sometimes smell burning rubber . No I haven't been burning them off street racing . I think it's my e brake or rear brake dragging. I had the dealer when it was newer replace some springs, and stuff back there because it used to make a groaning sound particular backing up. It doesn't do that now.
I plan to check it this weekend, any ideas ?

I've had the same problem...check your belts. It might be that your belts maybe slipping. Before my belt for the compressor broke, I used to get a burning rubber smell. Keep an eye on them.

hmmm... i think if your brake was rubbing at all you wouldnt have to wait 100miles to smell it. the idiots who worked on my rear brakes last time ovetightened them just a bit and when i got out of the car at my friends house less then a mile away so much smoke was pouring out of my wheel wells i thought my car was on fire. if i were you i'd check the belts.
