Has anyone tried this on a Maxi? Or have seen it possibly?

I got Bose, and i'm thinking about replacing the compartment door below with this panel... what do u guys think, will it work? the 2x7 dimensions match

I have a switch panel but not in CF, just ABS plastic. It was made by jdmmax.
