How to Remove Rear Bumper Cover

I cannot figure out how to remove the rear bumper cover. There were 6 bolts on the bottom, and about 6 on the top. But I think that there are at least 2 on each side. I cannot figure out how to get to those. Do you access them from inside the trunk? Is there a way to get to them from under the car?
Anyone have any experience with taking the rear bumper off?

Thanks,
Mike

yes there are 2 bolts from the inside on each side, just remove the plastics around the frame and u'll see them right by the tail light bolts u can't miss them.

In the trunk, where the jack is, you'll find 2 nuts (same for drivers side) remove them. Then there are screws underneath the car too. Take them all out. There may be more but I don't remember. I hope this helps.

Do you have to take the tail lights out too?

IIRC, there were some bolts under the outer tail lights that I noticed when putting my red/clears in. It seemed like they connected to the bumper but I'm not positive.

While we're on the subject, does anyone happen to know the location of the front bumper bolts? When I get my new bumper I may try and tackle the install with a friend of mine.

Ok, here are all the bolts on the rear bumper:

5 bolts on each side (L&R)
6 bolts total on the bottom
7 bolts total under the trunk on the top of the bumper
2 bolts on top of the bumper, under the outer lights (L&R)
3 bolts above licence plate
