Questions regarding my New '95 GXE

Is it fine using regular 87 gas? Dad has been using it before he handed it down to me? I never really paid much attention to it before I owned it.

My rear doors are kinda tight...anyone know what I can do to grease it up w/ WD-40 or something to fix them up?

Sometimes it gets really cold and the windows get frozen up and won't go up or down and I have to manually pull on it while using the switch to get help it. What can I do?

What is the best/cheapest way to replace the built-on radio/tape player w. a new cd/mp3/radio player w/ a nice screen? Is it even doable by urself?

I got into a minor fender bender and the lower right orange light all the way on the right of the car fell off and the bumper is cracked. What is best place to go to get it looked at and fixed? Dealer or some body shop?

The car won't explode if you use 87 goas, but the manual recommends higher.

If the window won't go down on their own, maybe they need to be looked at.

The radio is really easy to pull out on the 95-99's. Put in whatever you want.

I only put in 93, the higher the octane the better performance.
For the rear door put some automotive grease on the metal sliders.
The window motor might be freezing up.
You can get almost any new radio and put it in, its easy. Do you have the Bose system?
And for the cracked light, buy a new clear set, it will look 100 times better. For the bumper how bad is the crack?

regrease the channnel of you windows with silicone grease spray. Spray on the rubber part of where the windows contacts with the body (all the point the window rubs againt when goin up and down)

using premium gas you will notice an increase in performance... i don't know about 93 octane because we dont have that here in AZ, but i see a pretty big difference between 87 and 91. plus its better for your engine in the long run. the way that octane affects your performance is indirect: when you use lower octane gas the ECU senses it and retards the timing so that preignition doesnt occur (am i right?), basically it makes sure it doesnt do damage while its running. so you wont do damage by using 87 but your performance will suffer. just use premium, its worth it.

I used 87 when I first bought the car and after a while the CEL would come on indicating that there was a problem with my 02 sensors. I changed over to 93 and in the last 2 years I have not had a CEL for O2 sensors. Just me experience.

Nickstam. Where can I find step by step directions to fix up the radio? And does anyone have suggestions regarding what kind I can get. I want one w/ mp3/cd ability and nice screen.
