anyone done this b4?

i want to get some tein s-tech springs but i dont have enough money for the struts...so i was wondering what's the ride like on those springs with stock struts? my car has 60k miles on it so I was wondering would they last me for awhile with the teins on until I get the cash to buy some struts?

They'd last for a short while and they'll blow-out on you. You can still ride with blown shocks and the springs will be fine.

Well, if your gonna do the install, and if you really feel like pulling your struts out twice, go for it. If your paying someone to do it, then just wait. Theres no use paying for something twice.

Ive seen the drop on these springs, you will blow them pretty soon my friend. These have a drastic drop that OEM shocks will not be able to handle. Especially 60K OEM shocks. Also, you should pair them with AGX's, Koni's, or Illuminas. Anything else wont be able to handle that drop for long...

Get the whole suspension done at the same time. It'll save you trouble with alignment issues. Evertime you take it to the shop its $80.
