Well to trap 121 MPH in the 1/4 mile you're gonna need to be pushing that type of power. I believe it

Ok, this is from the site:

HLH0501
1995 SE
Fully loaded

Stock Injectors - 240cc

Stock Motor - 10:1 comp
Stock Transmission - 5spd

Sliding behind the wheel of the the fastest Maxima, this insulated cocoon wraps you in black leather and invites you to keep your foot flat and stretch the legs of the 560hp engine. The engine is understressed with the turbo charger setup giving only 10psi of boost.

Top 1/4 Slicks

11.91 @ 117.39
Mardigras / Matt
1998 5spd SC N2O

12.18 @ 108.94 Jime 1997 Auto N2O
12.96 @ 106.30 Blubyu2k2 2002 Auto N2O

Top 1/4 Streets
12.41 @ 121.62 HlH0501 / Hal 1995 5spd Turbo N2O
13.34 @ 108.93 JaimeCBR900 1995 Auto N2O
13.40 @ 108.20 H2KFrosty 2001 5spd Turbo

Top Dynos
476.6whp + 505.9tq HlH0501 / Hal 1995 5spd T3/T4 N2O
429.7whp + 395.0tq Turbo97 / Nigel 1997 5spd T4/60-1
428.1whp + 379.3tq Mardigras / Matt 1998 5spd SC N2O

Are we to belive that these kind of power gains are the result of simply one turbo? I mean, thats additional 370HP!

I cut and pasted this from www.howstuffworks.com :
The typical boost provided by a turbocharger is 6 to 8 pounds per square inch (psi). Since normal atmospheric pressure is 14.7 psi at sea level, you can see that you are getting about 50 percent more air into the engine. Therefore, you would expect to get 50 percent more power. It's not perfectly efficient, so you might get a 30- to 40-percent improvement instead.

Ok....lets do a little math!

Based on 6 - 8 psi producing approx. 30 - 40 percent improvement --
4th gen hp at the crank (not sure the exact whp) = 190hp
approximate gain at 8 psi = 76hp
total = 266hp

Based on 10 psi boost (same as Hal's Turbo Maxima) --
4th gen hp at the crank (not sure the exact whp) = 190hp
approximate gain at 10 psi = 114hp
total = 304hp

The website also shows that Hal's Turbo Maxima has a MEVI and NX (nitrous). So that also plays a part in the 370hp increase, not just by the turbocharger alone.

He's probably tired of beating everyone in the Maxima. Did you see the video where he spanked an 03" s/c Cobra? Perhaps Hal wants to start a new project car. Who knows.

The s/c cobra was funny. I bet that guy went home and either blew up his car or shot himself in a head while hanging from the tree, lol.

Hal got skills, I could only imagine what he would do with his next car.

I'm sure attaining the knowledge and skills came at a high price too. And he's pretty much used himself as a guinea pig and literally pushed a few engines til it blows to really get as close as possible to the VQ's maximum capabiliy. Now we don't have to do what he did, in a turbocharge application, to know what to do with our VQ's. I'd say the man is a pioneer!
