what do i mean? it is a one piece headlight that has the corner light built into it. there was a group deal on it for $260 shipped but work has to be done to make it fit.

You have to do body work obvioustly. A guy out here had Audi A4 headlights put into his maxima. A lot of work to do it, but it looked good, extremley unique.

all I got to say is lol. Another if it's possible thread. Everything is possible it depends how much $$ you got.

I think it would be cheaper to make your own angel eyes and stick HIDs in there.

Which guy did that? That is exactly what I plan to do.. They are pretty close dimension wise and bodywork is easy to do- If the price of those Audi lights wasn't so high I would be working on it already..

if you have $$$$, yes you can have the '02-'03 headlights fit a 4th gen.
but they will get stolen, especially if you're in the northeast.

After the Indigo thing started looking like it wasn't going to work out, I started looking around for other alternatives, but I want something that someone else has actually tried and succeeeded with. There seem to be a lot of options but I'm confused....

This is the stupidest thread I've read in over a month. Why? You can make them fit but they will be out of proportion to the car. Designers are good at what they do. Its like the thread a while ago that showed a 3rd gen with Altima tails. Looked terrible because the Alty's were so huge.

yeah, i heard that the one piece head lights need some work, but i also heard that there are making a new set or something, with projections lenses. (this is just what i can remember, i may be wrong.) but i'll wait to see if those develop.

I have installed 2003 HIDs in my 99 Max. I really hate the way the 5th gens look. They look rounded, bubbley and... non-agressive. Not my thing. The ONLY things I like about them are the HIDs, the VQ35 and the 6 speed.

I decided to go ahead and put the HIDS on. THEY LOOK MEAN! I'll post pics if people want, but it's in primer

How much did you pay for the 2k3 hids?
any minor modification to make it fit into our headlights?

In case anybody cares... you're a complete and total moron. Wow... people like you pi$$ me off. Yes you can have an opinion... but pull your head out of your @$$.

Yes, it's a custom intercooler.... Yes, it's a FUNCTIONAL hood scoop. VERY functional. Umnitza DDE angel eyes going on this weekend most likely. That and clear corners... if time permits. The fogs are Hella with matching angel eyes. I was very picky to get the color to match the Umnitza DDE's. I wasn't going to post pics till I was done... but the thread provoked me

And here's our VH45DET(T) final donor. It's getting a S15 frontend and already has R34 GTR tail lights. Again... VERY costly if you have a bodyshop do it.

I got the HIDs for $120 apiece. No minor modification.... MAJOR MAJOR modifiction. It's really hard and painstaking work. I'd HATE to pay a body shop to do it...

I had doubts about how they would look if put in, but now I see them!!!!
I think it looks totally hot

You can see how much custom work has gone into them (and your whole car for that matter), not to mention time, money, and extensive labor.

I like what I see on your car, I would be very interested to see the rest if you get your homepage to work.

Custom work... yeeeeeeessss

Just for people to munch on... don't pester, please:

Very modified PFI turbo kit - GT40R dual BB turbo, custom IC, custom 3" dual exhaust.
I30 LSD 5 speed
Pathfinder TB, MEVI
Dual P4 driven ICE system. 15" in-dash TFT touchscreen (among others)

more more more... but you'll have to come to Texas Heatwave to see. It involves many things never applied to a Maxima before, though.

WOW!!! that is simply awesome!
i cant wait to see the finished product! i'm sure it will be a 1 of a kind creation!

in the meantime, would it be possible to get some pictures of the entire car from a bit farther away so we can see the product as a whole?

once again, awesome!
