brakes

doing my brakes soon, i've ordered some power slot rotors for the fronts and would like to know what pads to go with. Also are the axxis pads on ebay any good? Same for the ebay SS brake lines? If i'm gona do the brakes, might as well do it all at the same time. Thanks guys.

As a rule of thumb, I usually never buy car parts off eBay.

But if you can get a good deal on the Axxis pads, go for it.

I had Goodridge ss brake lines on my car. Got them from http://www.eatricezone.com

Car parts, esp. brake parts, are not something to skimp on. Spend the extra $20 or $30 for a proven product rather than saving a few $$ on some cheapo Brand-X brake lines. Your passengers will thank you...

yeah, the best they are...and the most expensive for the Big Brake Kit ($2300), and you'd need to have 17 or 18" wheels to fit them...Brembo Rotors only are not very expensive though. Definately nice, but they really don't do much for stopping power. Better braking will come with the big brake kits.
