Problems with Corner Light blowing out
I changed my fuse to a 10amp fuse. and still after a couple of months, either or gets blown out. should i buy a 15amp fuse? btw, the way i rewired my corner lights is the ghetto way meaning i clipped off the side stub and inserted in the opposite way... any thoughts?

1. did you use electrical tape and tape around the bulb without touching the bulb that's chopped?
2. since there's only 1 nub left (the bottom one) on the bulb, it should sit on the upper socket, not the lower socket.
3. NEVER EVER use anything higher than stock amp voltage. it'll burn your harness in the long-run and it's a pain in the butt to fix it. not to mention it's kinda expensive as well.
4. check both sides.
The bulb might not be in all the way. I put in amber bulbs and when installing they wouldn't light up because the electrical tape got in the way. If I turned it harder it would light upand when I let it go it just turned off.

the electrical tape will get pushed away a little. that's not a problem, just make sure it's well-taped all around the bulb without touching the chopped nub.
well id ont' use any electrical, i do use stock watts and they're the regular polargs, it seems perfectly fine when i insert them, but when they blow, the bulb is smoked out... nobody thinks it's the 10amp fuse?
i got extremely tired of trying to match the corner lights to my blue tinted headlights. So i took the corner bulbs off and i am just happier with out them. I have my headlights(blue-tinted color), fogs(stock bulbs), and front side lens(amber, to avoid cops pulling me over) lighted up. And i think it looks better.
