My max has 150,000 and is now starting to bounce up and down as if the rear shocks have gone out. Does anyone know where I can find some inexpensive new or used rear shocks for a 1995 max? So many people have lowered or put new suspension on, that I would assume there would be someone willing to sell. Thanks....

i have the same question about the rear, rides fine, but the boots are ripped, should i replace teh boots, i dotn know how long theyve been ripped, but the chrome stalk seems to be in good shape, any ideas?

 

Ask in the Classified section http://forums.maxima.org/forumdisplay.php?f=61 for some used ones. You should be able to pickup a used set of KYB GR-2s for cheap (new set for all 4 are about $260 shipped, but used set for all 4 should run you about $150-$200 shipped).
