Redoing the Engine... some questions

Ok, well I've decided to clean out my engine. I wanted to know is it possible to redo all my hoses??? Like get brand new ones, and get some hose sleeves to make my engine look nicer and cleaner. How much am I looking at spending for the hoses?? Is there anything to get rid of rust and road salt. I really want the engine to match the outside of the car. (Squeeky Clean!) well thanks, please dont move this to the detailing question. I'm asking about the hoses, oh and where can I find nuts, bolts, and screws for some engine parts?? (alot of them are rust and stripped, I would like to have everything secured)

Hoses...go to Autozone or some other such place. Bring in your old ones, and they'll match them (or try to ).

Nuts, bolts and screws...hmm...I usually go to Sarjo's Fastener Warehouse...but you may not have such a place in your area...check the yellow pages.
