O2 Sensor....questions

The other day the CEL came on so I ran the codes and it came up with O2 sensor in bank 1 circuit malfunction. So the o2 in bank 1 in the front of the exhaust is borked. Anyway, what can I expect for problems with driving around with it like this? Seems that I am already getting poor gas mileage, but are there any other side effects? I plan on replacing it next week, though I need to find a good place to order the part, whats the cheapest place? courtesy-nissan seem pretty low. Anyway, any information you can provide would be great.

www.oxygensensors.com for the cheapest (buy OEM type). Bad gas mileage and you might see a little worse engine performance.
