Having a dilemma between 2 sets of springs

I've narrowed down to 2 types of springs that I want. Either the H&R or the Tein H tech. I haven't seen too many people riding on the H tech, so I was wondering if there were any pictures out there. Also, how do the spring rates compare to each other? I know the H&R's are comfortable and slightly stiffer than stock, but how about the H tech? I haven't heard too much about them. Any info would be a great help.

I am very happy with my Progress springs... just as comfortable as H&R, but a little more drop.
