I have seen many posts about these pipes. What is the real benefit from them ? MPG increase, performance increase, or both ?

Will the US suppliers send to the UK?

both, but mostly performance increase.

i would imagine they would send them anywhere, i got mine from canada.

People usually buy them for performance, and gas mileage is bonus! I think most places would gladly ship to the UK if you pay the $.
