MIL light....how hard is it to replace oxygen sensors?

My MIL just came on the other day. I'm still trying to find an Autozone to scan the computer and find out what kind of problem it is. If I do need to replace the oxygen sensor, is it an easy job for somebody to do, or should I take it to a mechanic? Are there places to buy the part? Let me know...thanks guys .
