Have you put your ECU code (assuming you got one) into the decoder? It might give a better location description. This worked for me, I put in the 0503 code and it came up with 'front left heated o2 sensor'

the code was P0150, it doesn't even sound like a code. I got it at AutoZone this is what it reads:
"The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in electrical circuit for oxygen sensor 1 in bank 2." Any clue?

Have you tried getting the code yourself, by activating the diagnostic mode of your computer? There's a sticky thread on how to do that at the top of this forum.. if you get that code (it'll be two numbers, like 0304, or 0502, etc.) you can look it up (the link is posted in the same sticky thread).
It might be worded differently or simplified

yeah, i tried that too, but for some reason when i twist that little screw either way, it doesn't stop. it just moves freely. and it never threw any codes at me.

P0150 is the front left heated O2 sensor. if you go to the sticky on checking codes, it also gives the codes auto zone would give and the translation for the decoder. look for yourself.

what do you mean the fron left? is that the first one on the y-pipe or the second one? sorry about all the questions.

btw, do you know why my ECU would do that?

Diagram of where the O2 sensors are. As for the ECU, I remember a couple weeks ago someone posted how their screw kept turning. Turns out they had to take the ECU computer out itself (from under the steering wheel) and tweak / replace something inside. sorry I cant remember what
