Well, if you dont want to take it apart, you could just buy a new one. Other tha that, the only way to get rid of that stuff is to take it apart. Sorry bro.

Pull out the whole headlight housing and swish some windex or something around in there. Tie a lint free cloth on the end of a stick and wipe it down. Reinstall.

theres supposedly something dealerships use for used cars to get them crystal clear again. and i'm sure they don't pull them apart. don't know what its called but you might want to search for it.

I went to autozone and picked up some crystal clear glass cleaner or something like that. Youre gonna have to open the thing up for results, but be careful. i opened up the corners (next to the headlights) with my heat gun and i fried the black seal stuff pretty bad. i blacked out the corners which looks tight, but the black stuff is scorched and theres some distortion on the edge of the corners.

While you have them open you might as well do a bi-xenon projector retrofit. i mean, since you have it open... hehe

whoops! I meant crystal clear Plastic Cleaner. Its like a white cream that is supposed to make clear plastic clearer and takes out small scratches. It worked really good on the plastic over the guages. Good luck.
